According to Journeymen Church, “In the craftsman and trade industry, a Journeymen works under the watch of a Master and provides a majority of training and equipping for the Apprentice with oversight from the Master. Christ is our Master and the Journeymen are to mimic His ways and Apprentice others.  Our Disciple Making Process will consist of three major areas: Know the Master, Mimic His Ways, and Apprentice Others. These three areas also contain our major programming and embody the focus of our community and desire to make disciples.”
